Your local food bank is looking for weekend volunteers. You have some free time and previous experience organising donations at your workplace.

Write an email of 150-200 words. Read the situation, then write to the person named. Cover every required point, keep the tone appropriate, and organise your email into short paragraphs. You have 27 minutes for both writing tasks in the real test; aim for about 15 minutes here.
