Your residents' association is deciding how to manage limited street parking and is surveying households.

Option A: Give each household one free permit and charge for extra cars.

Option B: Keep parking free but limit it to two hours during the day.

Which option would you choose? Choose one option and explain your choice in 150-200 words.
