Refund Policy

This policy applies to CELPIP Coach Premium sold by MED Q Computer Systems Design: Monthly Premium ($29 USD every month) and 3-Month Premium ($69 USD every 3 months).

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the payment you want refunded — this applies to your first payment and to each renewal payment.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at the support address in the Contact section below from the email you paid with. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops future renewals. Open the Pricing page and choose "Manage or cancel subscription". You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancelling on its own doesn't issue a refund — request one as described above if you're within 30 days.
