Terms of Service

1. Who we are

CELPIP Coach (celpip.info) is operated by MED Q Computer Systems Design ("we", "us"). By using the website you are entering into an agreement with MED Q Computer Systems Design. By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.

2. The service

CELPIP Coach is an independent online practice platform for the CELPIP test. Writing and Speaking scores are AI-generated practice estimates and are not official CELPIP scores. CELPIP® is a registered trademark of Paragon Testing Enterprises; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Paragon.

3. Your account

You must be of legal age to enter a contract (or have a parent's or guardian's permission), give accurate information, and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Premium subscriptions

• Monthly Premium: $29 USD, billed every month.
• 3-Month Premium: $69 USD, billed every 3 months.

Both plans include the same Premium features, including up to 100 AI Writing and Speaking assessments per calendar month (UTC). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Pricing page ("Manage or cancel subscription"); you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for and won't be charged again. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. MED Q Computer Systems Design is the seller of Premium and handles customer service, cancellations and refunds. Card payments are also subject to Stripe's consumer terms. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or for spam;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property, or copying and reselling our practice content;
• interfering with security — malware, probing, scraping, or bypassing usage limits;
• reverse engineering the service or sharing your account to avoid paying.

6. AI features

AI feedback may be inaccurate. You are responsible for the answers you submit and how you use the feedback. We may refuse, filter or remove content and restrict accounts that abuse AI features.

7. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service, including its software, practice questions, audio, images and branding. You keep ownership of what you write or record; you allow us to store and process it only to provide the service.

8. Service level and liability

We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't guarantee any particular CELPIP result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", implied warranties are disclaimed, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
