Using 30 seconds of preparation

Our advice: spend 5 seconds deciding your main idea and 25 seconds noting two or three keywords for supporting points. Don't write sentences.

Pacing 60 and 90 seconds

For 60 seconds, aim for an opening sentence, two developed points and a one-sentence ending. For 90 seconds, add a third point or a longer example.
